Do we need our own Facebook ads account?
Yes. You keep your own account and pay Facebook directly. Oleon is where you make the ad and answer the replies.
How is this different from boosting a post?
A boosted post gets comments that often go unanswered. This starts a chat that someone on your team answers, saved with the customer's details. Later it shows whether they bought.
When can we use it?
Not yet. We are waiting for Facebook to approve the access this needs. That approval is the hold-up, not our work. The first part, remembering which ad started each chat, needs no approval and is coming first.
