API and MCP
Connect Oleon to the systems you already use.
Have a developer or an IT company? Send them this page. They can connect Oleon to your billing, stock or delivery system, so order updates go out by themselves. Anything your team can do in Oleon, your systems can do too.
This page is for your developer. Your developer can connect Oleon to your shop, your stock system or an AI assistant. Send them this link.
MCP
Connected in three steps.
No keys to copy. No config to write.
Add one address.
In Claude, Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Oleon and paste the address.
Approve it in the browser.
Sign in, check it is the right account, press Connect. Your client holds the credential; there is nothing to paste back.
Ask in plain words.
The assistant finds the right tool itself. Name the project and it goes straight to the answer.
Permissions
It sees what you see.
And nothing more.
Every tool goes through the same checks the workspace uses, as the person who connected it. Message text stays redacted until it is asked for, and every call is logged.
The API
Your systems, in the loop.
The same operations the interface calls.
Project keys, write-only.
Created in the workspace and shown once. Not even we can read a key back.
Webhooks for incoming messages.
Your system hears a customer the moment the inbox does.
Send from your own system.
Your shop, your warehouse, your scripts. What they send lands in the same conversation your team sees.

Questions
Before you ask.
The ones we hear most about API and MCP. If yours is not here, the answer is a message away.
Where are the docs?
At /docs. The MCP section and the HTTP API reference are published. The API covers sending messages, labels and conversations today; more is added as it is ready.
How does our system sign in?
With a project key you create in Oleon. It is shown once, and nobody can read it again, not even us.
Is there a rate limit?
Yes, per key. If you need a higher one for a big import, ask us rather than working around it.
Keep exploring.
