Do we have to use it to use the Inbox?
No. Everything works as it does today. Turn it on when you have sales worth tracking.
Is a sale the same as an order?
No. The order is what the customer bought. The sale is your work to get there. It links to the order once, so the same money is never counted twice.
What if one sale falls through?
Nothing else changes. Losing one sale never marks a good regular customer as lost.
