Bookings
BetaThey ask for a time. They get one.
Most booking tools send a link, and the customer has to leave the chat to use it. Here, free times show up as buttons in the chat. The customer taps one, and it is booked.
This is new and still being finished. Some parts on this page are not switched on yet.
In the chat
Booked before they leave the chat.
No link to open. No form. No sign-up.
Your day. The chat offers your free times. When a customer taps one, it shows up here, and they get a message saying they are booked. Nobody writes it down twice.
Their chat. No link to open, no form, no sign-up. They tap a time to book, and they can reply to the reminder.
An example booking: the customer asks for a haircut tomorrow, is offered 11:30, 13:00 and 15:30 as buttons, taps 11:30 and is booked. The evening before, a reminder arrives with Confirm, Reschedule and Cancel, and the customer confirms.

Book while you chat. Your staff book a time while they talk, like taking an order.
Staff and their hours. Several staff, each offered only when they are working.
Everything written down. Every booking, change and reminder is saved.
No double bookings
Two people, same time.
Only one gets booked.
Sometimes two customers tap the same time at the same moment. Only one gets it. The other is offered the next free times straight away.

Questions
Before you ask.
The ones we hear most about Bookings. If yours is not here, the answer is a message away.
How is this different from sending a booking link?
A link sends the customer to someone else's website, and the reminders come from a number they do not know and cannot reply to. Here it all happens in your chat, on your number.
Can it see our existing calendar?
That is planned, so a busy time never shows as free.
Do customers have to use the chat?
No. There is a booking page too. But booking inside the chat is the part nobody else offers.
Keep exploring.
