Is this a CRM?
It is the customer list part of one, and it works today. Tracking sales in progress comes with Deals, which is in beta.
What if one customer messages from two numbers?
Right now they show as two customers. Joining them into one is the first thing Deals will do.
Can we add our own details to a customer?
That comes with Deals. Today you get what the customer's app shares and their chats, plus labels and lists.
